Penny earned her master’s degree from Texas A&M University School of Law with a Certification in Wealth Management. She also holds an undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, located in Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas. She and her husband, Jeff, have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and a mini-Aussie named Chap. They enjoy spending time outdoors, supporting their local community, and exploring new coffee shops wherever their travels take them.
